  1. Describe your current position.
  2. I'm a structural engineer in the long-span bridge group at WSP in New York City. Most of my day-to-day consists of creating and analyzing computer models and performing design calculations. Most of my projects have been new construction but a couple have been rehabilitations.

  3. What is your educational background?
  4. I have a Bachelors degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University and I'm currently pursuing a Masters in Structural Engineering at Columbia University.

  5. What do you love about your career?
  6. I love solving problems, helping people and seeing the finished product!

  7. Do you incorporate your queer identity in your career? How?
  8. I'm currently organizing my company's participation in the New York City Pride March.

  9. Have you ever had a negative experience in a professional environment that was related to your queer identity? How did you deal with it?
  10. No.

  11. What role has mentorship played in your career? Do you have a queer mentor?
